Stuffed from Stir Fry
Taking a break from my project to finally update lunch! I have had a bag of frozen stir fry for a few weeks now so I figured better now than never! Frozen stir fry veggies: broccoli, onions, carrots, peppers, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. I threw in some firm tofu, garlic, and soy sauce! I also had a serving of steamed edamame. I served the stir fry with some brown rice on the side. It was really good and extremely filling, I felt like I ate sooo much! Everything was 410 calori
